Job Description – Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and help strengthen the company’s brand presence across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and offline platforms

  • Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials

  • Manage and update marketing calendars, schedules, and campaign timelines

  • Create, edit, and publish marketing content including social media posts, blogs, and promotional materials

  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports

  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications

  • Support event planning, promotions, and product launches

  • Conduct market research and analyze competitors’ marketing activities

  • Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and media partners

  • Assist in maintaining the company website and digital assets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

  • Proven experience in a marketing or coordination role is preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics

  • Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content management systems is an advantage

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Creative thinking with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite)

  • Knowledge of social media advertising and campaign management

  • Experience in coordinating marketing campaigns for tech, hospitality, or service-based companies
