Position Overview

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Hotel Waiter/Waitress to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent dining service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards of food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables

• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders

• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally

• Ensure tables are clean, set, and properly maintained

• Respond to guest inquiries and handle requests courteously

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service

• Process bills and payments accurately

• Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and service standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress (preferred but not mandatory)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Professional appearance and positive attitude
