CHEFF – JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to manage food preparation and kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in food safety, menu planning, and team leadership, while consistently delivering high-quality dishes.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
• Plan menus and assist with recipe development
• Manage kitchen inventory and control food costs
• Supervise and train kitchen staff
• Ensure timely food preparation and smooth kitchen operations
• Monitor food presentation and portion control
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Chef or similar role
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications
• Culinary certification or diploma
• Experience with menu costing and inventory management
• Knowledge of multiple cuisines
Working Conditions
